[Remote] Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Andromeda Software Inc. is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their growing sales team. In this role, you will work with real estate professionals across the United States to help them understand how Market Leader's software and digital advertising solutions can drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through a combination of inbound leads and outbound prospecting
• Sell Market Leader's software and digital advertising solutions to real estate professionals nationwide
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through closing
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Demonstrate product value through phone conversations, virtual meetings, online presentations, and written communication
• Handle objections effectively and guide prospects through the decision-making process
• Partner closely with Onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience after the sale
• Stay informed on real estate industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings
• Continuously develop your sales skills and contribute positively to team culture

Skills

• Sales experience in B2B, B2C, SaaS, digital advertising, hospitality, or service-based industries
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated, competitive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through
• High level of accountability and professionalism
• Comfortable presenting solutions virtually and discussing business challenges with customers
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is an asset
