[Remote] Power Solutions Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Power Solutions Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple large-scale power deployment projects across Amazon’s fulfillment network. This role involves managing end-to-end execution of concurrent projects spanning utility upgrades, generator installations, and air permitting across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple power infrastructure projects
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and executive reporting
• Oversee switchgear procurement, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking
• Handle air permitting and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
• Coordinate utilities, contractors, and internal engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with Amazon technical standards, NEC, and NFPA
• Support commissioning, testing, and site energization activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Energy Systems, or related field
• 7+ years in power infrastructure, electrical systems, or utility-scale projects
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent projects
• Strong knowledge of switchgear, transformers, and generator systems
• Experience with utility coordination and air permitting processes
• Proven vendor and contractor management experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the U.S
• Experience with Amazon or large industrial/logistics facilities
• PMP / PE certification
• Experience with CEQA and natural gas systems
• OSHA 30 certification
