They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance
  • Source candidates via job boards, professional networks, databases, and direct outreach
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across a range of roles
  • Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to present qualified candidates
  • Coordinate candidate submissions and manage feedback loops with stakeholders
  • Assist in offer negotiations, including compensation discussions
  • Manage multiple open requisitions with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience

Skills

  • Experience recruiting within fashion, apparel, retail, or consumer goods industries is required
  • Experience recruiting for Creative, Marketing, or Product roles is required
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and present top-tier candidates quickly
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
