[Remote] Director of Marketing

Remote Full-time Live

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead ALPFA’s national marketing strategy and execution, with enterprise-level authority across brand, growth, and demand
  • Build a scalable, full-funnel member acquisition engine and the reporting infrastructure to measure and optimize it
  • Manage the annual marketing budget within Board-approved allocation, and make disciplined, data-informed investment decisions
  • Design the marketing organization — hiring, structuring, and developing the team — and engage and manage external agencies and vendors
  • Elevate ALPFA’s national brand authority and narrative power through earned media, storytelling, and member-advancement stories
  • Generate marketing-attributed pipeline for corporate partnerships and deliver co-branded campaign reporting to partners
  • Digitally amplify philanthropic campaigns and strengthen donor storytelling
  • Partner with executive leadership to bring ALPFA’s platform and certification offerings to market through pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Establish brand governance across national and chapter-facing assets, with toolkits that keep the movement consistent nationwide
  • Deliver clear, executive-level performance reporting and forecasting to the leadership team and Board

Skills

  • 10–15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Demonstrated track record of measurable revenue and growth impact
  • Experience scaling an organization from mid-size to national scale
  • Strong command of data, analytics, and marketing performance measurement (acquisition, funnel, attribution, retention)
  • A systems and process thinker — someone who builds repeatable, scalable infrastructure and understands how channels, decisions, and functions connect to produce outcomes, rather than simply completing individual tasks
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to travel 15–25%
  • Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools, automation, and personalization
  • Background in membership, subscription, or recurring-revenue growth models
  • Experience marketing platforms, digital products, or certification programs
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and manage agency partners
  • Passion for ALPFA's mission to advance Latino leadership
