They are seeking a Migration Coordinator - Content Catalog to support customer transitions from UNIFI Pro to Content Catalog, responsible for coordinating migration activities, managing customer communication, and ensuring successful onboarding and migration completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end customer migration activities from UNIFI Pro to Content Catalog
  • Schedule and lead customer introduction, onboarding, and kickoff meetings
  • Guide customers through migration timelines, requirements, and onboarding processes
  • Collect, verify, and maintain customer account and migration-related information
  • Track migration progress, status updates, and workflow execution using internal dashboards and systems
  • Coordinate migration readiness reviews, audits, execution activities, and validation processes
  • Communicate proactively with customers throughout migration review and completion stages
  • Monitor migration milestones and progress tracking within Salesforce and related operational systems
  • Collaborate with support, QA, and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve migration issues
  • Maintain migration documentation, reports, audit logs, and master tracking records
  • Support operational process improvements to streamline migration efficiency and customer experience

Skills

  • 3-5 years of hands-on Revit experience, specifically with family building
  • 5+ years of experience supporting migrations, onboarding programs, or customer operational workflows
  • Strong ability to independently manage assigned workflows and follow detailed process instructions
  • Experience coordinating customer-facing operational or technical processes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and customer engagements
  • Experience working with internal systems, dashboards, and collaboration tools
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with Autodesk Docs, Autodesk Forma, or related Autodesk platforms
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Airtable, or AI tools such as Claude
  • Experience supporting software migrations, SaaS onboarding programs, Autodesk ecosystem tools, customer success operations, architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) workflows, or technical support operations
