[Remote] Senior Enterprise Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hyro is a leader in Responsible AI Agents for Healthcare, enabling health systems to automate workflows and conversations. They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager with strong enterprise sales experience in healthcare technology to manage strategic accounts and drive expansion within healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic enterprise healthcare accounts, including expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity to close
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer outcomes
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage procurement processes
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
  • Represent Hyro at customer meetings and industry events
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of enterprise sales processes and strategy

Skills

  • 6+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience selling into healthcare systems and complex enterprise environments
  • Strong track record of managing large, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
