Dice is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to support Freddie Mac’s I&CM Data Services Team in modernizing an Operational Data Store. The role focuses on leveraging AI technologies for improving migration efficiency and automating reconciliation processes while developing scalable backend services and APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement modern real-time data transfer methodologies into a contemporary OLTP data platform
  • Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java or Python
  • Leverage AI technologies and AI agents for:
  • Data migration acceleration
  • Data reconciliation
  • Workflow automation
  • User transition optimization
  • Build and maintain event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka
  • Collaborate with architecture, security, networking, platform, and application teams
  • Contribute to CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices
  • Support modernization initiatives involving cloud-native technologies and distributed systems
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, observability, and operational efficiency of applications

Skills

  • Candidate must have working knowledge of AI and working with agents- at least 1-3 years
  • 8+ years of Full stack development experience is Python or Java
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science
  • Banking/financial industry experience
