[Remote] Media Buyer

They are seeking a talented Media Buyer to manage and scale Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to drive growth through data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and scale Meta ad campaigns end-to-end
- Analyze complex campaign metrics to uncover actionable insights
- Build structured testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and offers to systematically isolate performance variables
- Monitor performance daily and make aggressive, data-backed scaling decisions based on hard statistical trends
- Translate account data and complex metrics into clear, actionable creative feedback and stories for both technical and creative teams
- Manage pacing and spend to hit target CAC/ROAS, with the opportunity to comfortably scale single-brand budgets up to $1M+/month
Skills
- 3–6+ Years Experience: Hands-on experience in high-spend Meta accounts ($100k+ to $1M+/mo) with a proven track record of scaling single accounts
- Direct Response Focus: You understand DTC/E-commerce metrics inside and out, backed by sharp quantitative reasoning and strong attention to detail
- Data Mastery: Excel wizardry is a must; familiarity with FB Ads API, SQL, or BI tools is highly preferred
- Platform Fluency: Deep knowledge of Advantage+, CBO/ABO, and manual bidding
- Attribution Knowledge: Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tools to evaluate true blended performance
