[Remote] Account Manager/Sale Director (U.S)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ulike Global is a leading company in the beauty tech industry, ranked world’s No.1 in sales and market share. The role involves driving Ulike’s sell-out across various channels in the U.S., requiring a hands-on leader to open new accounts and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Open new channels. Lead Ulike’s expansion into spa, med-spa, clinic, aesthetic, wellness, and pharma-related accounts across the U.S
  • Hunt and build. Prospect, pitch, and win new accounts from scratch — from first outreach to launch to ongoing growth
  • Own the full cycle. Develop client relationships, conduct product training, run in-store promotions, and drive sell-out
  • Drive results. Monitor sell-out data, inventory, and channel performance. Hit your numbers. Then aim higher
  • Be strategic, but stay hands-on. Develop national or regional growth strategies — and execute them yourself
  • Collaborate internally. Work with marketing, training, operations, and sales support to pull together the resources you need to win
  • Bring insights back. Share market trends, competitive intel, and customer feedback to help shape our U.S. commercial strategy
  • Help build the future. As we grow, you’ll play a key role in shaping our channel team and structure

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years (for Account Manager level) or 5+ years (for Director level) of B2B sales / channel development experience in the U.S. beauty device, skincare, spa, med-spa, or aesthetic channel
  • A proven track record of opening new accounts and driving sell-out — not just managing existing business
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. You're not afraid to pick up the phone, walk into a spa, or send that follow-up email
  • Ability to work as a hands-on individual contributor — you don't need a big team to get things done
  • Located in or willing to travel frequently within the U.S. (LA-based strongly preferred)
  • Existing network across spa, med-spa, clinic, or wellness channels
  • Experience launching or scaling a premium beauty or beauty-tech brand
  • Familiarity with U.S. market trends and consumer behavior in the beauty space
