Responsibilities
- Support and scale an advisor’s independent practice
- Provide proven processes for predictable and sustainable growth
- Help advisors break through capacity ceilings and reclaim time
- Offer back office and operations support to streamline processing
- Provide personalized coaching and business consulting to refine strategy and optimize processes
- Deliver tailored marketing and brand solutions
- Facilitate ease of doing business to reduce friction and increase productivity
- Implement advanced platform and technology suite for efficiency
- Design payout structures that reward growth
- Ensure transparent compensation with no hidden reductions
- Act as an independent contractor receiving a 1099
- Assist advisors in pursuing predictable outcomes

- Independent Financial advisors generating $150K–$600K in annual revenue
