As a Remote‑Eligible Customer Service Representative, you’ll join a supportive network that encourages growth, celebrates achievements, and empowers you to make a real difference for our “Neighbors” – the term we use for our cherished customers.

Why This Role Matters

In today’s fast‑moving retail landscape, exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of brand loyalty. As a Neighbor Service Coordinator, you will be the voice of arenaflex, translating customer needs into actionable solutions, fostering lasting relationships, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, retention, and the overall reputation of arenaflex as a leader in the pet‑care industry.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support

  • Respond promptly to neighbor inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information on products, loyalty programs, store services, and ongoing promotions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between neighbors and store teams, facilitating swift resolution of complaints, returns, and special requests.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone that reflects arenaflex’s brand values.

Issue Resolution & Escalation

  • Collaborate with field management and store personnel to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Document each interaction in the CRM system, capturing details of the inquiry, actions taken, and final resolution.
  • Escalate critical matters—such as product recalls or safety concerns—to the appropriate internal teams while keeping the neighbor informed throughout the process.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Track and analyze incoming communication trends, providing weekly and monthly reports on volume, response times, and resolution rates.
  • Identify recurring pain points and propose process improvements to senior leadership.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge bases and FAQ resources to empower both customers and internal staff.

Program Support & Retention

  • Promote arenaflex’s loyalty initiatives, seasonal promotions, and community events to enhance neighbor engagement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of retention programs aimed at increasing repeat business and brand advocacy.
  • Gather feedback from neighbors to inform product selection, store layout, and service enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of customer service or call‑center experience, preferably within retail, e‑commerce, or pet‑care sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to convey information clearly and courteously in both oral and written formats.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Problem‑Solving Ability: Proven track record of using critical thinking to diagnose issues, prioritize tasks, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Self‑Management: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while meeting performance metrics.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating weekend and evening shifts to align with neighbor needs.

Preferred Attributes

  • Passion for pets and a genuine desire to help pet owners succeed.
  • Experience handling product recalls or safety‑related communications.
  • Previous exposure to loyalty program administration or retail merchandising.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple inquiries without compromising quality.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Empathy & Active Listening: Understanding neighbor concerns and responding with compassion.
  • Organizational Excellence: Keeping meticulous records and managing a high volume of interactions efficiently.
  • Analytical Insight: Translating data into actionable recommendations for service improvement.
