About the Role: Customer Service Specialist (EV Technology Focus)

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our remote support team and become an ambassador for arenaflex's revolutionary vehicle technology. In this fully remote position, you'll be the vital connection between our innovative EV products and our valued customers, delivering exceptional support that reflects arenaflex's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Excellence & Support Delivery

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Own the customer experience from initial contact through resolution, creating a welcoming and supportive environment
  • Manage customer interactions efficiently, ensuring timely responses and maintaining positive relationships
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and solutions, providing clear, step-by-step instructions
  • Summarize service activities performed and ensure complete understanding of all work completed

Technical Support & Problem Resolution

  • Assess technical issues reported by customers, providing solutions via phone and remote assistance when possible
  • Escalate complex technical challenges to the appropriate technical support managers with detailed information
  • Stay current with arenaflex vehicle technologies, software updates, and emerging EV industry developments
  • Research and resolve technical issues by leveraging technical documentation, knowledge bases, and expert guidance
  • Provide accurate technical information to customers regarding vehicle features, operation, and maintenance

Documentation & Process Management

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in our customer management system
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all documentation and reporting activities
  • Follow established processes and procedures while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Manage customer communication regarding service completion times, providing regular updates throughout the process
  • Ensure thorough follow-up on all customer concerns to guarantee complete satisfaction with services rendered

Customer Onboarding & Education

  • Efficiently organize vehicle details for pre-delivery preparations and coordinate delivery/pickup times with customers
  • Guide new customers through vehicle features, operation, and maintenance requirements
  • Provide comprehensive handovers and orientations to ensure customers feel confident and informed about their arenaflex vehicle
  • Deliver product training and educational materials to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure complete satisfaction and address any additional questions

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a technical or automotive environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and customer management platforms
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable home internet connection
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams

  • Previous experience with electric vehicles or automotive industry knowledge
  • Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, tools, materials, and techniques
