Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Support

  • Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information on travel destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, and health & safety protocols.
  • Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor during high‑volume periods, peak travel seasons, and unexpected disruptions.

Booking Assistance & Management

  • Guide clients through the full booking lifecycle—searching, reserving, modifying, and canceling flights, hotels, tours, and ancillary services.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s proprietary reservation system and third‑party platforms to secure the best rates and options for each traveler.
  • Verify client details, payment information, and travel documentation to prevent errors and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Issue Resolution & Escalation

  • Diagnose and resolve client concerns quickly, offering creative alternatives and compensation where appropriate.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support staff or specialized departments while maintaining ownership of the client’s experience.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system, capturing key details that enable seamless follow‑up and trend analysis.

Product Knowledge & Upselling

  • Develop deep expertise in arenaflex’s travel products, destination packages, loyalty programs, and exclusive partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend upgrades, travel insurance, premium seating, and curated experiences that enhance the client’s itinerary.
  • Achieve monthly upsell targets while prioritizing genuine client needs and satisfaction.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Partner with reservations, operations, marketing, and finance teams to coordinate seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in regular virtual huddles, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing forums to stay aligned with company initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, automation, and client‑centric innovations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
