Role Overview

The Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex is the frontline champion of our client experience. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end order lifecycle—from initial inquiry through planning, booking, and final delivery—ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex’s standards of professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness. Working from the comfort of your home office, you will collaborate with internal teams, sales representatives, and external brokers to resolve issues, process orders, and maintain the high‑quality service that defines our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing & Accuracy: Enter customer orders into the Order Management System (LOS) with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to internal compliance standards and ensuring data integrity.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partner with internal departments—including logistics, finance, and operations—to gather necessary information, troubleshoot obstacles, and keep orders moving smoothly.
  • Customer Communication: Answer inbound calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly, delivering clear, courteous, and solution‑focused responses.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve order‑related challenges throughout the booking, planning, and delivery phases, escalating only when necessary.

  • Sales & Broker Support: Advise sales representatives and external brokers on order fulfillment status, potential bottlenecks, and recommended corrective actions.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order changes, and resolution steps, contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field where you regularly handled high‑volume inquiries.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain precision under pressure.
