Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties (Evening Shift – 2 PM to 10 PM CST)

  • Digitize incoming healthcare claim forms using arenaflex‑provided templates and proprietary indexing tools.
  • Enter numeric and alphanumeric data with a minimum productivity of 4,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) for numeric fields and 2,500 KSPH for alphanumeric fields, while maintaining an error rate below 1 %.
  • Classify each document according to contract requirements, ensuring proper routing for downstream processing.
  • Verify data extracted by automated OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools, correcting any discrepancies before final submission.
  • Perform 10‑key entry by touch for numeric fields, achieving a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
  • Utilize VPN connections securely to access arenaflex’s internal systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Conduct a final quality check on each completed claim, confirming that all required fields are populated and that the document meets arenaflex’s quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists via chat and video calls to resolve ambiguous entries or system issues.
  • Document any recurring data quality challenges and suggest process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
