Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Concierge Associate Supporting Member Success
Join arenaflex and Help Transform the Healthcare Experience for Millions
Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for helping people navigate complex systems? Do you thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments where every conversation can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life? arenaflex is seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and highly organized Remote Customer Service Representative to join our member services team as a Concierge Associate. In this role, you will serve as the trusted first point of contact for our members, guiding them through their healthcare benefits and helping them access high-quality, affordable care.
At arenaflex, our mission is to fundamentally transform the healthcare economy by delivering better outcomes at lower costs for everyone involved. We partner with employers to restructure healthcare benefits through clear incentives and data-driven insights, directing employees toward higher-quality providers. The result is a system where patients receive better health outcomes and providers are rewarded for delivering excellent care rather than simply performing more procedures. As a rapidly growing organization backed by top-tier venture capital firms, we are expanding our team to meet rising demand and continue our trajectory of meaningful impact.
About the Role: Healthcare Concierge Associate
As a Concierge Associate at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company, engaging digitally with members via phone, chat, and email to help them understand their benefits and find the right healthcare providers for their unique needs. You will become an expert on arenaflex’s product suite, operational workflows, and the evolving needs of our members, positioning yourself as a vital contributor to our mission.
This is a fully remote position with a target start date of August 25th. The role is full-time, and current service hours operate on weekdays aligned with East Coast business hours. As our organization grows, shift requirements may evolve to ensure we continue providing excellent coverage for our members across all time zones.

- Maintain Platform Organization: Leverage tools such as Zendesk, G Suite, and arenaflex’s proprietary platform to document interactions, track member issues, and ensure seamless information flow across the team.
- Relay Member Feedback: Serve as the bridge between our members and our product and operations teams, sharing insights, trends, and constructive feedback that inform continuous improvement of arenaflex’s solution.
- Triage Complex Issues: Identify and escalate urgent or complex member care needs to the appropriate teams, ensuring that every member receives timely, accurate, and compassionate support.
- Build Benefits Expertise: Develop and maintain a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits, insurance products, and the broader healthcare ecosystem to better serve our members.
