Key Responsibilities

Gather data from multiple sources, including internal record systems, arenaflex’s proprietary databases, and external data providers. Validate the accuracy and credibility of external data, ensuring compliance with arenaflex’s data‑quality standards. Clean, format, and transform raw data into structured, analysis‑ready datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, or other data‑management tools. Support Account Managers by fulfilling data requests, preparing reports, and maintaining up‑to‑date information in arenaflex’s CRM platform. Utilize arenaflex’s CRM (formerly known as Salesforce) to update account details, upload new data, and track task progress. Participate in special projects and research initiatives, providing data‑driven insights that inform strategic planning. Develop and deliver customized reports and recommendations that help senior leadership make informed business decisions. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross‑functional teams. Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
