Key Responsibilities

• * Transcribe medical reports, summaries, consultations, and patient history accurately and efficiently.
• * Listen to audio recordings from healthcare professionals and document the information verbatim.
• * Enter transcribed data into EHR systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• * Assist healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters, including medical histories, physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Excellent command of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

• Experience
• * Prior experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or Medical Scribe preferred, but not required.
• * Experience working with EHR systems and transcribing medical documentation is a plus.
• * Healthcare industry experience is advantageous, but entry-level candidates with relevant skills will be considered.
• Working Hours This is a flexible, full-time remote position with the option to choose your working hours. Candidates are expected to meet deadlines and maintain regular communication with the team.
