Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Data Protection & Privacy Analyst to join our rapidly expanding Digital Technology team. This remote, online role focuses on data entry, compliance monitoring, and privacy risk assessment for a high‑volume, mission‑critical environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring that arenaflex’s data handling practices meet local, national, and international regulations while supporting the broader goal of delivering safe, reliable, and customer‑centric airline services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of privacy‑related records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor and enforce data protection policies, ensuring alignment with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with legal, security, and IT teams to identify, assess, and remediate privacy risks.
• Conduct regular audits of data handling processes, flagging non‑compliance and recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain and update privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data inventories across multiple business units.
• Provide clear, concise communication to stakeholders at all levels, translating technical privacy concepts into understandable language.
• Support the development and delivery of privacy training materials for internal staff.
• Assist in the evaluation and integration of privacy‑focused vendor solutions and tools.
• Track and report key privacy metrics to senior leadership, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in incident response activities, documenting findings and contributing to root‑cause analysis.

Essential Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a data‑centric or privacy‑focused role.
• Strong understanding of data protection and privacy regulations (local, national, and global).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, employing active listening and appropriate tone.
• Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines while juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reliability and punctuality – consistent attendance is a core expectation for this remote position.
