The arenaflex Data Solutions division (formerly known as MVTrac/MVConnect) provides on‑demand data services for automotive finance, government, and law‑enforcement agencies. Leveraging a nationwide network of digital recognition devices, we aggregate, store, and secure real‑time intelligent data in a highly regulated environment that meets the strictest privacy and compliance standards. Position Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, driven Customer Service & Data Information Processing Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of client and lender assignments, from acceptance through processing, service completion, and asset release. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client and agent requests, handling a high volume of calls while navigating multiple systems and screens. This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, with a preference for candidates residing in the Central Time Zone and who have prior remote‑work experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accept, review, and validate assignment requests from clients and lenders, ensuring compliance with lender‑specific requirements.
  • Process assignments through the full workflow, including data entry, verification, and status updates across multiple internal platforms.
  • Coordinate the completion of services, track progress, and manage the release of lender assets upon successful execution.
  • Maintain high‑volume, multi‑tasking efficiency by operating up to 15 simultaneous tabs and screens without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear, courteous, and solution‑focused communication.
  • Document all interactions and updates in the client/lender database, adhering to strict data‑privacy and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including collections, repossession, and automotive specialists—to resolve complex issues and streamline processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggest enhancements to system workflows, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Own the end‑to‑end resolution of assigned cases, ensuring timely closure and thorough follow‑up.
  • Maintain a professional remote workspace free from distractions, adhering to company policies and performance metrics.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable).
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a customer‑service role, preferably within collections, repossession, or automotive finance environments.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States indefinitely; sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
  • Self‑motivation and the capacity to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.

  • Experience in the repossession or automotive finance industry, including familiarity with lender‑specific processes.
  • Prior experience working remotely in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

  • Knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or industry‑specific compliance frameworks.
  • Certification in customer‑service excellence or related fields (e.g., HDI, CCSP).
