What You'll Do – Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will serve as a trusted resource for our health plan members, helping them better understand their prescription drug benefits and navigate the often-complex world of pharmacy coverage. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling Inbound Member Inquiries: Responding to incoming calls from health plan members who have questions about their pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance coverage, mail-order prescriptions, and medication-related concerns.
- Educating Members on Coverage Options: Clearly explaining benefit details, formulary information, and available options so members can make informed decisions about their healthcare and prescription needs.
- Servicing Diverse Client Types: Working with a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial plans, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and other specialized accounts. Each call offers a unique learning opportunity.

What We're Looking For – Required Qualifications
