Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Hyperion planning application, guaranteeing consistent performance for both budget and actual financial data.
- Validate data extracted from Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and reconcile it with external audit requirements.
- Investigate and resolve data anomalies, including division roll‑ups, inter‑company eliminations, and currency conversion issues.
- Support system maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulatory standards.
- Provide end‑user support for reporting, modeling, and analytical needs, delivering training and documentation as required.
- Assist in the preparation of end‑to‑end test cases and scenario analyses for complex financial initiatives and industry‑wide studies.
- Drive the monthly headcount reconciliation process within Hyperion, coordinating with HR and payroll teams.
- Implement configuration changes in Hyperion Planning, collaborating with finance leads and the General Ledger (GL) team to align system updates with business requirements.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a finance role, with hands‑on exposure to financial statements, reporting, and analysis.
- Solid technical foundation, including experience with Hyperion, Essbase, and multi‑dimensional data structures.
