arenaflex is currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Remote Data Entry Specialist to support the rapid expansion of our third-party (3P) marketplace operations. About the Role: Remote Data Entry Specialist

This position is chartered with a clear and exciting mandate: to identify product assortment gaps, execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and attract key marketplace sellers to join arenaflex. By doing so, you will help maximize our product selection capabilities, expand our customer base, and reinforce our position as a leader in the global e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonal patterns, global e-commerce trends, and competitive activities. Continuously monitor competitor initiatives to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Seller Acquisition and Outreach: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to the arenaflex platform. This includes conducting outreach via email, virtual meetings, presentations, and industry events to introduce prospective partners to the benefits of selling through arenaflex.
  • Vendor Enablement and Support: Guide sellers through the onboarding process by sharing proven best practices for online selling. Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that help sellers achieve high standards of product quality, delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams — including marketing, operations, customer service, and analytics — as well as external stakeholders to identify challenges, resolve issues, and continuously improve the seller experience on the arenaflex platform.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Accurately input, update, and maintain seller information, product data, and performance metrics within internal systems. Generate regular reports to track progress against targets and provide visibility into marketplace health.
  • Strategic Initiative Support: Contribute to the development and execution of GTM strategies designed to attract key marketplace players. Assist in organizing virtual events, training sessions, and promotional activities that drive seller engagement and platform growth.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, economics, or a related field is required. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
  • Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of successful experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, account management, or customer-facing roles. Experience in e-commerce, technology, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries is highly desirable.
  • Sales Achievement: A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets using consultative, solutions-focused selling techniques. Experience promoting new products or services into emerging markets is a strong plus.
  • Communication Skills: Advanced verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to deliver compelling presentations, negotiate effectively, and build lasting professional relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Comfort with managing and analyzing data sets is essential.
  • Analytical Aptitude: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex information, draw meaningful conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment. A hands-on approach to managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously is critical.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial given the Bolivia-based focus of this role.

  • 2 or more years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace operations.
  • 3 or more years of experience in the consumer electronics sector, with an understanding of product specifications, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
  • 3 or more years of direct sales experience, with a proven ability to close deals, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, data visualization tools, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Multilingual capabilities or experience working with international teams and cross-border operations.
