Key Responsibilities for the Hybrid Data Entry Specialist Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day work will directly impact the success of our brand partners and the satisfaction of their customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Collection and Entry: Accurately collecting, verifying, and entering data for assigned projects across multiple product categories and platforms. This includes transferring information from manufacturer websites, spreadsheets, and brand data files into our internal systems.
  • Amazon Listing Creation: Building high-quality, optimized Amazon product listings that adhere to platform best practices. This involves crafting compelling titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords designed to maximize discoverability and sales performance.
  • Account Health Management: Sharing responsibility with the broader team for maintaining Amazon account health, including monitoring listing compliance, addressing suppressed products, and proactively resolving data discrepancies.
  • Brand Registry Oversight: Managing Brand Registry Listings within the Brand Partnership Program, ensuring brand integrity, accurate representation, and alignment with program requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with fellow team members to achieve collective goals, share insights, and contribute to a positive, results-oriented culture. Collaboration is essential, even when working independently day-to-day.
  • Remote Team Oversight: Reviewing and overseeing the work of remote team members, providing feedback, and ensuring consistency and quality across all data outputs.
  • Additional Duties: Performing other related tasks and special projects as assigned by management to support evolving business needs.

  • Web Navigation Skills: Confidence in navigating manufacturer websites, brand portals, and various data file formats (CSV, XLSX, PDF) to extract and consolidate product information.

Education and Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, e-commerce, or related roles is strongly preferred.

Compensation, Hours, and Hybrid Work Structure

At arenaflex, we believe in compensating our team members fairly based on their skills, experience, and contributions. Specific details include:

  • Pay: Compensation is negotiable and commensurate with experience and qualifications. We are committed to offering a competitive package that reflects the value you bring.
  • Employment Type: This is a full-time, first-shift position designed for long-term career growth.
  • Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The first 90 days will be conducted on-site to ensure you receive comprehensive training, build relationships with your team, and become fully comfortable with our systems and processes.
  • Remote Equipment: Upon successful completion of the 90-day training period, all necessary equipment for remote work will be provided at no cost to you.
  • Hybrid Schedule: For the first 30 days of hybrid eligibility, you’ll work 1 day from home and 4 days in the office per week to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Flexibility After 120 Days: Following the initial 120-day period, a flexible schedule may be available with manager approval, allowing greater autonomy in how you structure your work week.
