As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the vital human connection between our valued customers, our trusted service providers, and the technology that brings them all together.   • Serving as the First Point of Contact: Answering incoming phone calls from customers and service providers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner, establishing a positive tone from the very first interaction.
