Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice and personality behind every conversation. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Engaging Customers in Real Time: Handle a high volume of incoming live chat sessions from website visitors interested in automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, financing, and general dealership information.
- Providing Accurate and Helpful Information: Respond to questions about products, services, promotions, dealership hours, and location details with confidence, accuracy, and a friendly tone.
- Scheduling Appointments: Narrow down customer availability and preferences to coordinate service appointments, test drives, and showroom visits on behalf of the dealer client.
- Capturing Quality Leads: Collect and record customer contact information, vehicle interests, and buying timelines to create qualified leads for the dealership's sales team to follow up on.
- Summarizing Customer Interactions: Document concise, accurate summaries of each chat based on the customer's expressed needs so that the dealer client has a clear record of the conversation and any next steps.

What We Are Looking For

We provide comprehensive paid training to help you build the knowledge and confidence you need to excel.
Essential Qualifications
- Residency: Must currently live within the state of Texas, as this position supports our Corpus Christi, TX-area dealer clients.
- Equipment: Must have your own computer or laptop equipped with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. arenaflex is unable to provide equipment for this role.
- Workspace: Must have access to a quiet, dedicated home workspace that is free from distractions, background noise, and interruptions during scheduled shifts.
- Availability: Must be able to attend four consecutive weeks of remote training, scheduled Tuesday through Saturday between 11:00 AM and 7:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Following training, you will transition to your regular schedule.
- Typing Speed: Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute, with 40 WPM or above strongly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and professional tone. Verbal communication skills are also important for occasional team interactions.
- Computer Literacy: Solid grasp of basic internet navigation, browser-based tools, and Windows-based computer applications.
- Mindset: Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.

- Previous experience in retail customer service, call center, or live chat support.

Compensation and Benefits
