Position Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative – Homeowner Services to join our dynamic contact center team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office days required for collaboration, training, and team building. Standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with staggered shift options available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and major holidays, giving our team the work-life balance they deserve.

As a Homeowner Services Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for thousands of homeowners who rely on us for support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, processing requests, and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism, and expertise that arenaflex is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from homeowners, providing accurate information and effective solutions to a wide range of inquiries.
  • Problem Solve with Confidence: Analyze complex situations quickly, identify root causes, and provide resolutions that meet both the homeowner's needs and company policies.
  • Multitask Across Platforms: Navigate multiple systems and communication channels simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Document Interactions: Accurately record all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and continuous improvement.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Develop rapport with homeowners by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a genuine commitment to their satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A foundational level of education is required; additional education is a plus.
