The Opportunity: Customer Care Professional – Consumer Product Services

We are seeking compassionate, driven, and customer-obsessed individuals to join our Consumer Product Services team as a Customer Care Professional. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the voice and face of arenaflex, creating memorable experiences for our valued Card Members with every call you take. What You'll Do Every Day

As a Customer Care Professional, no two days are exactly the same, but every day you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Consistently provide extraordinary service on a high volume of inbound calls in a structured, performance-driven customer care environment, maintaining a relentless Customer First mentality throughout every interaction.
  • Consultative Engagement: Speak with Card Members to truly understand their needs, tailoring personalized and thoughtful solutions while reinforcing the benefits of card membership and acknowledging their tenure with arenaflex.
  • Proactive Value Creation: Anticipate customer needs and add value by offering relevant product recommendations and benefit enrollments that deepen engagement, strengthen loyalty, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Relationship Building: Leverage your service-oriented personality to develop key selling and consultative skills that solidify the customer relationship and build long-term loyalty to the arenaflex brand.
  • Account Support: Address a wide range of general and account-specific inquiries, including statement questions, card replacement requests, payment processing, rewards redemption, account updates, and more.
  • First-Contact Resolution: Use a variety of tools, resources, and critical thinking skills to identify custom solutions and resolve customer needs on the first call whenever possible.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed key performance goals, including sales targets, quality benchmarks, compliance regulations, productivity metrics, and customer satisfaction scores.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse naturally and effectively with Card Members, deepening relationships and driving satisfaction.
  • Resilience and Composure: The ability to efficiently manage a steady stream of customer calls while balancing performance metrics, remaining positive and professional through change and challenging situations.
  • Empathy and Humility: A genuine ability to show care, humility, and emotional acknowledgement of customer concerns on every call.
  • Technical Savvy: Comfort with multitasking across multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously, with speed and accuracy.
  • Integrity and Compliance Awareness: Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive Card Member information, with a thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Service-Driven Mindset: A genuine desire to please customers and provide the ultimate experience on every interaction.
  • Reliability: Strong timeliness, dependability, and commitment to showing up for your team and our customers.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • A passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and creative problem solving.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or consultative sales environment.
  • Passion for consultative sales and recommending tailored products or solutions.
  • Adaptability in communication style to connect authentically with a wide variety of personalities and situations.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for each call, from start to finish.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time position with shift flexibility required. Colleagues must be available to work anytime between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, including weekends, to ensure we can support our customers whenever they need us. This role follows a hybrid working model, with an on-site expectation of 3 days per week at one of our arenaflex offices. The remainder of your work week can be completed virtually, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.

Compensation and Benefits

At arenaflex, we believe in taking care of the people who take care of our customers. The expected hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 to $21.65 per hour, plus bonus incentives and a full benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and relevant job-related factors.
