Key Responsibilities

- RxClaim System Engagement: Learn and gain proficiency in the RxClaim platform, with a focus on adjudication processes related to PA overrides. Use this system to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate the root causes of override issues and other operational challenges. Contribute to developing sustainable solutions that improve overall process performance.
- Enterprise Requirement Determinations: Participate in determining enterprise-level requirements for various projects and initiatives. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Project and Sports Deliverables: Support branch projects and PA-related sports initiatives by delivering high-quality work products on time. Demonstrate accountability and ownership throughout the project lifecycle.
- CAPAS Carrier Catalog Support: Assist in maintaining and enhancing the CAPAS carrier catalog offerings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all catalog entries.
- Process Improvement: Incorporate progressive enhancements into all elements of CAPAS operations. Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and quality improvement.
- Member Transition Support: Support the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical Review phase of the member statistics transition process. Ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care for members.
