We are currently expanding our customer engagement team and looking for highly motivated, well-spoken, and career-driven individuals to join us as Outbound Customer Service Representatives. Position Overview

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as a critical link between our company and our valued client base. Your primary mission will be to perform quality control check-ins, follow up on previous services, and proactively communicate with customers to ensure they are receiving the highest level of service possible. You will be the voice of arenaflex, the person homeowners come to trust for clear information, honest guidance, and respectful interactions.

This role is commission-compensated and is a hybrid model in the truest sense of the word—while you will primarily work from the comfort of your own home, you will also have opportunities to connect with the team and participate in occasional in-office activities. The majority of your time, however, will be spent in a fully remote work environment, giving you the flexibility and autonomy to do your best work on your own terms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Outbound Engagement: Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily—reaching out to more than 50 new and existing customers—to perform quality control check-ins, confirm satisfaction, and provide updates on the company’s growth and service offerings.
  • Customer Education and Matching: Communicate crucial details to homeowners about the value of arenaflex’s services, helping them understand which packages and offerings best fit their needs. You will be expected to match customers to the right services and set proper expectations to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Quality Control Follow-Up: Follow up on previous service interactions to ensure Trusted Service Quality. Verify that customers are happy, address any concerns, and document feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Promote Offers and Packages: Update clients on upcoming promotions, offers, and packages designed to improve their home and life quality, while always prioritizing the customer’s best interest.
  • Database Management: Accurately update internal databases with critical details, customer preferences, special requests, and follow-up notes to ensure the entire team has access to the most current information.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide outstanding customer service through every phone and email interaction, treating every homeowner with the highest level of respect, empathy, and professionalism to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required. Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or client relations is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. You must be articulate, professional, and confident in every interaction.
  • Work Ethic: Outgoing, professional, clean-cut, aggressive (in a results-driven, positive way), and drug-free. You must be willing to work hard, work smart, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Comfort: Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, email platforms, social media management, and other standard office technologies. You will be expected to keep up with social media activity as part of broader office duties.
  • Professionalism: Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers at all times. Help maintain and promote a high-company-morale, professional, and friendly work environment.
  • Reliability: Willingness to follow the outline of company policies and procedures, participate in all required staff meetings and trainings, and demonstrate consistent dependability.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a part-time, fully remote position based out of Brooklyn, NY. Candidates must be located in or near the Brooklyn area. The role offers flexible shift options, including day, morning, and evening shifts, allowing you to design a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle and peak productivity hours.
