Position Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and verifying healthcare-related data into our internal systems and databases. Your work will directly support the operational efficiency of healthcare services delivered to millions of individuals. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently while remaining aligned with team goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Input: Enter a high volume of data into arenaflex systems and proprietary databases with precision and consistency, ensuring all entries meet strict quality benchmarks.
- Data Verification and Quality Control: Review source documents and existing records to verify the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of data before final submission. Flag inconsistencies and escalate discrepancies as needed.
- Confidentiality and Data Security: Handle all sensitive healthcare information in strict accordance with arenaflex’s privacy policies and applicable regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of information, especially during high-volume periods.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all arenaflex protocols, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements related to data entry, records management, and information governance.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on workflow inefficiencies, suggest process improvements, and contribute to team discussions aimed at enhancing data quality and operational effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Post-secondary education in healthcare administration, information management, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, medical records, or a similar role is preferred, though motivated candidates with strong transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
