We are currently hiring entry-level Remote Chat Support Specialists to join our expanding customer experience team. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in real time through live chat platforms, primarily Facebook Direct Message, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Manage a steady flow of inbound inquiries from prospective and existing customers, identifying their needs and guiding them toward appropriate solutions, products, or services.
  • Initiate outbound conversations with qualified leads, introducing arenaflex partner offerings, answering preliminary questions, and setting the stage for deeper engagement.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the products, services, and promotions offered by arenaflex and its brand partners in order to deliver accurate, helpful information.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company CRM system, capturing key details, action items, and follow-up requirements in a clear and organized manner.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior team members or specialized departments, ensuring that every customer receives timely and effective support.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to response time, conversation quality, customer satisfaction, and lead conversion.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and coaching conversations designed to sharpen your skills and expand your product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to the operations and content teams about recurring customer questions, emerging trends, and opportunities to improve the overall support experience.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be located within the United States and authorized to work as an independent contractor or employee.
  • Access to a reliable laptop, desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet, along with a stable high-speed internet connection suitable for handling real-time chat conversations.
  • At least basic English writing skills, with the ability to compose clear, professional, and grammatically correct messages.
  • Comfortable using web-based tools, messaging platforms, and basic software applications; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong reading comprehension and the ability to interpret customer questions accurately before responding.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace that allows you to focus on customer conversations without frequent interruptions.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage your own schedule, stay on task, and meet productivity expectations while working remotely.
  • Availability to start immediately or within a short onboarding window.

Preferred Qualifications
