Role Overview – Remote Data Entry & Live Chat Specialist

As a Remote Data Entry & Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of our data quality and the first point of contact for our valued subscribers. You will ensure that every piece of information—whether it’s a title metadata entry, a user feedback record, or a live‑chat transcript—is accurate, consistent, and ready for analysis. In addition, you will provide top‑notch live chat support, helping customers resolve issues, discover new content, and enjoy a seamless viewing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Accuracy & Management: Enter, validate, and maintain large volumes of content metadata, subscriber information, and operational data with meticulous attention to detail.
• Live Chat Support: Deliver prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to subscribers via live chat, addressing inquiries ranging from account issues to content recommendations.
• Global Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships with marketing, product, and analytics teams across APAC, UCAN, EMEA, and LATAM to ensure data aligns with strategic objectives.
• Strategic Insight Generation: Analyze data trends to identify which series and movies have the highest growth potential in the APAC region and share findings with cross‑functional partners.

• Content Strategy Contribution: Provide strategic recommendations on title and campaign opportunities, collaborating with partners in marketing, social media, PR, and product.
