Role Overview – Business Dealer Chat Agent (100% Remote)

The Business Dealer Chat Agent at arenaflex serves as the digital front line for our global dealership partners. You will engage prospective car buyers and service seekers through web‑chat, email, and other digital channels, delivering knowledgeable, personalized assistance that drives leads, nurtures relationships, and ultimately boosts dealership revenue.
