• Investigate user‑submitted reports, conduct thorough reviews of alleged violations, and determine appropriate corrective measures.
• Collaborate with the Community Management Team to refine moderation protocols, suggest improvements, and share insights from daily interactions.
• Maintain a calm, respectful tone when communicating with members, providing clear explanations for moderation decisions when appropriate.
