Key Responsibilities

  • Cancellation Prevention: Identify accounts in cancellation status, negotiate reinstatements, and work with customers who have experienced payment rejections (NSF) to secure timely payments.
  • Needs Analysis: Listen attentively to customer needs, assess risk profiles, and recommend appropriate coverage options or policy adjustments.
  • Accurate Documentation: Record every interaction, note key details, and update the CRM system with precision to maintain a reliable customer history.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with underwriting, claims, and other support teams to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless service.

Essential Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license for the state of Georgia.
