Role Overview – Customer Experience Chatroom Operator

arenaflex is expanding its Conversion Improvement team and is looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to support our top‑tier clients. In this role, you will be the human safety net that steps in when our AI model is uncertain, ensuring every consumer interaction remains thoughtful, accurate, and compliant.
