Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our remote team based in Puerto Rico. Key Responsibilities

- Business Acumen Development: Quickly absorb the fundamentals of arenaflex’s operations, from legal workflow to client expectations, enabling you to make informed calls and decisions.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call volume, appointment conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
