You will work closely with Product Managers, Design Architects, and Supply Chain partners to ensure that every component of arenaflex’s data‑center hardware is designed for manufacturability, cost‑effectiveness, and long‑term reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create, refine, and manage flexible manufacturing processes and systems for server‑farm equipment, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and scalability.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Operations teams to identify potential manufacturing challenges early in the product development cycle.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze complex manufacturing data to drive informed decisions, develop solutions for performance and efficiency across the supply chain.
- Supplier Management: Lead the evaluation, qualification, and continuous improvement of suppliers, emphasizing future capacity and technology advancement.
- PLM & BOM Management: Utilize Product Data Management (PDM) tools to generate Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Requests (ECR).
- Lifecycle Governance: Drive the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process, ensuring accurate configuration and BOM structures throughout a product’s life.
- High‑Voltage Systems: Support the planning and execution of high‑voltage applications within server‑farm development projects, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and 8D problem‑solving methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste.

- Four‑year certification or equivalent experience in electrical design, circuit design, assembly design, or a comparable discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in assembly, quality, reliability, or product design (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and processes.
- Five (5) years of experience planning and executing high‑voltage projects in server‑farm environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of delivering yield improvements and cycle‑time reductions for high‑volume, high‑complexity parts.
- Hands‑on experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and 8D problem‑solving frameworks.
- Background in power‑distribution design for large‑scale data‑center facilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence electrical design and manufacturing processes across cross‑functional teams.
