Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry & Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing Operations team. This entry‑level role blends data‑entry expertise with hands‑on electrical design, product lifecycle management (PLM), and high‑voltage system implementation. You will work closely with Product Managers, Design Architects, and Supply Chain partners to ensure that every component of arenaflex’s data‑center hardware is designed for manufacturability, cost‑effectiveness, and long‑term reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Optimization: Create, refine, and manage flexible manufacturing processes and systems for server‑farm equipment, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and scalability.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Four‑year certification or equivalent experience in electrical design, circuit design, assembly design, or a comparable discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in assembly, quality, reliability, or product design (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
