UX Designer-HR Portal
Duration: 6+ months Role ImpactDesign intuitive and accessible experiences for an AI-powered recruiting platform used by recruiters throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate brings strong product design expertise, enterprise UX experience, and a passion for building scalable design systems. Requirements5+ years of experience in user-centered product design. 2+ years of experience designing enterprise platforms and data-heavy dashboards. Expert-level proficiency in FIGMA, including component libraries, auto-layout, and developer handoff. Expertise in WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. Familiarity with HR workflows, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiter processes. Key Responsibilities: Own the UX for the Recruiter Portal, including priority action queues, pipeline health dashboards, 360° candidate views, and recruiter performance insights. Design AI-transparent experiences that surface match scores, fit rationale, skill gaps, and confidence levels. Create interaction designs for automated sourcing and approval workflows. Build and maintain scalable design systems aligned with brand guidelines. Facilitate design reviews and cross-functional workshops with recruiting, talent acquisition, and engineering stakeholders.
