Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to establish and grow your own real estate team or brokerage.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new agents to ensure they meet performance standards and adhere to industry regulations.
  • Oversee daily operations including marketing initiatives, client relations, and transaction management.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and ethical standards across all activities.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to maximize business opportunities.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms and traditional channels to attract clients and agents.
  • Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Organize administrative processes such as property management documentation, licensing requirements, and record keeping.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies tailored for real estate growth and brand visibility.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of property management practices and real estate administrative procedures.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in real estate law or related legal knowledge is advantageous.
