Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and development of complex electrical systems for high-speed digital and mixed-signal applications. Define system-level electrical specifications and ensure adherence throughout the design cycle. Oversee and guide the schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection processes. Develop and implement rigorous verification and validation strategies for complex electrical designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including firmware, software, and systems engineering, to achieve product goals. Conduct deep-dive analysis on performance, power consumption, and signal integrity challenges. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to mid-level and junior electrical engineers. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in electrical engineering, particularly in areas such as high-frequency design, advanced packaging, and power delivery networks. Author and present technical documentation, including design reviews, proposals, and test reports. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, driving root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on system-level design and architecture. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex electrical designs from concept to production. Extensive experience with high-speed digital design, signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations. Expertise in using advanced simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, ADS, SPICE) and design software (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Allegro). Demonstrated experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and associated peripherals. Strong understanding of power management techniques and power delivery networks for high-performance systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions effectively in a remote setting. Experience with lab equipment for testing and debugging high-complexity circuits. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for innovation.
