Position Overview
We are hiring immediately for a full-time Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining parcel and freight data within our enterprise systems. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while playing a direct role in the day-to-day efficiency of one of the most recognized logistics operations in North America.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Input: Enter parcel and freight data into the arenaflex database and partner carrier systems with a high degree of precision, ensuring all fields are completed correctly and consistently.
- Record Maintenance and Updates: Review existing records on a daily basis and update them with the latest tracking numbers, delivery statuses, address corrections, and other time-sensitive information.
- Data Integrity Checks: Conduct routine audits of entered data to verify accuracy, identify anomalies, and correct errors before they propagate through downstream systems.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Communicate proactively with internal team members, supervisors, and occasionally external partners to clarify ambiguous data and resolve inconsistencies.
- Process Compliance: Follow all arenaflex data entry protocols, security guidelines, and standard operating procedures to maintain compliance and protect sensitive operational information.
- Reporting Support: Generate simple reports, summaries, and status updates as requested by management, using the data you have entered and validated.

Essential Qualifications
