Position Overview: Remote Customer Experience Advocate

  • Maintaining Quality and Production Standards: Meet and exceed department standards for quality, accuracy, and production metrics. Take pride in your work and strive for continuous improvement in everything you do.
  • Leveraging Technology for Solutions: Efficiently utilize our proprietary tools, CRM platforms, and technology systems to research, resolve, and document member inquiries with speed and precision.
  • Collaborating Across Departments: Work closely with partner departments including claims, billing, and clinical services to resolve complex member issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
