Position Overview

As a valued member of Team arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for members enrolled in a healthcare insurance program. Your primary mission will be to address member concerns, provide compassionate support, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards arenaflex is known for. Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Assisting Spanish and English-speaking customers with questions, concerns, and issues they may experience while using healthcare products and services
  • Documenting all call-related information accurately and thoroughly for auditing, compliance, and reporting purposes
  • Maintaining and updating customer account information in company systems as needed to ensure data accuracy

  • Navigating multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously to retrieve and input member information efficiently

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages (required)
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Current residence within the state of Texas (this position is only open to Texas residents)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL or Cable only; satellite, dial-up, and wireless internet are not acceptable)
  • Minimum internet download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps with proof of ISP service
  • Dedicated, private home office space free from distractions and background noise
  • Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills with the ability to empathize with members
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor at all times

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A private, dedicated workspace in your residence (located at the address on file with arenaflex) that is free from interruptions and distractions
  • Constant use of a computer and telephone system throughout your shift
  • arenaflex will provide the necessary equipment, which may include a computer, monitor, headset, and webcam
  • Reliable broadband internet connection as outlined in the qualifications section
  • The ability to sit for extended periods (constant sedentary work)
  • A professional background suitable for video conferencing and virtual meetings when required
