Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do Every Day

  • Handle High-Volume Inbound Calls: Professionally and confidently manage a high volume of incoming calls from healthcare plan members, providing accurate, timely, and courteous assistance on every interaction.
  • Gather and Assess Customer Information: Thoroughly and efficiently collect relevant customer information, assess each caller's unique needs, and fulfill those needs while educating customers about applicable products, services, and benefits.
  • Navigate Multiple Systems Simultaneously: Demonstrate strong technical agility by utilizing and navigating multiple software systems and platforms at the same time, ensuring efficient call handling and accurate information retrieval.
  • Maintain Dependability Standards: Consistently meet all attendance and punctuality requirements, demonstrating reliability and commitment to your team and our clients.
  • Resolve Customer Issues Effectively: Apply one-call resolution guidelines and escalation processes to resolve customer issues promptly and satisfactorily, minimizing the need for repeat calls.
  • Meet and Exceed Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed both company and client performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and productivity.

Work-from-Home Technical Setup Requirements

To ensure that you can perform your role at the highest level, arenaflex requires the following technical setup. Please review these requirements carefully to confirm you can meet them before applying.

Internet Connection and Speed

  • Wired Ethernet Connection: A hard-wired Ethernet connection with minimum speeds of 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload is required. Wireless connections are not permitted under any circumstances, even if the connection is encrypted.
  • Approved Service Types: Broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic is required. Satellite, Microwave, and Cellular Hotspot Internet Services are not permitted.
  • Higher Speeds: Some programs may require higher internet speeds. Specific requirements will be communicated during the interview process.

Monitor Requirements

  • Two 21-inch monitors are required. You will supply one monitor, and arenaflex will supply the second monitor as part of your equipment package.

Headset Requirements

  • You are required to supply your own headset. Specific approved headset models will be shared with you during the interview process to ensure compatibility with our systems.
