Position Summary

Working remotely from Reston, USA (or any eligible location), you will partner with specialized outreach teams to identify, design, and communicate arenaflex Cloud solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers. You will assist prospective clients in understanding the benefits of arenaflex Cloud, develop proof‑of‑concepts, and support the creation of technical proposals that align with business objectives. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a foundational knowledge of software engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather business and technical requirements from customers.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise technical presentations, whitepapers, and solution briefs that illustrate arenaflex Cloud capabilities.
  • Perform entry‑level data entry and documentation tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, solution designs, and project milestones.
  • Assist in the creation of proof‑of‑concept (PoC) environments, demonstrating how arenaflex services can solve real‑world challenges.
  • Support bid responses, request‑for‑information (RFI) replies, and proposal development with technical accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance to customers, helping them adopt best practices for cloud migration, security, and scalability.
  • Participate in internal knowledge‑sharing sessions to stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and arenaflex product updates.
  • Travel to client sites or virtual meetings as needed to deepen relationships and gather feedback.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical role that involved client interaction, such as a support engineer, junior consultant, or data analyst.
  • Fundamental understanding of cloud concepts, including virtualization, containerization (e.g., Kubernetes), and platform‑as‑a‑service (PaaS) models.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, Bash) and familiarity with API integration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business‑focused language.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with government or public sector clients, especially handling sensitive or classified information (e.g., TS/SCI clearance).
  • Hands‑on experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or similar technologies.
