Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. This is not a typical inbound call center role — instead, you will be making outbound calls to consumers who have specifically requested information or service through our platform. Your mission is twofold: verify consumer information with care and accuracy, and qualify their home improvement project needs to determine whether they are a suitable match for our partner contractors.
By performing this essential filtering function, you will directly contribute to the success of our contractor partners, helping them avoid unprofitable leads while ensuring consumers receive timely, professional attention. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Making Continuous Outbound Calls: You will be responsible for placing a steady stream of outbound calls to consumers who have submitted their information through our Contractor Connect platform. Consistency, pace, and professionalism are key to succeeding in this role.
- Following On-Screen Scripts and Flowcharts: You will navigate a structured script and decision-making flowchart displayed on your screen. Your ability to follow these tools efficiently while maintaining a natural, conversational tone with consumers is essential.
- Verifying Consumer Information: Accuracy matters. You will confirm and validate consumer details, including contact information, project scope, and service needs, ensuring our records are complete and up to date.
- Documenting Customer Interactions: Every call must be documented thoroughly in our CRM system. You will record notes, outcomes, qualifying details, and next steps for each consumer interaction.
- Qualifying Home Improvement Jobs: You will assess the size, scope, and nature of each consumer's home improvement project to determine whether it meets the criteria for our contractor partners. Smaller, unprofitable jobs will be politely filtered out and referred elsewhere when appropriate.
- Performing Warm Handoffs: When a consumer qualifies as a strong lead, you will perform a "warm handoff" — personally connecting the consumer with one of our trusted partner contractors to ensure a seamless transition.
- Maintaining Professional Standards: You will represent arenaflex with the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity on every single call, regardless of the consumer's demeanor or the complexity of the request.
- Meeting Performance Metrics: You will work toward individual and team performance goals related to call volume, qualification accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for the Remote Customer Service Representative position at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Florida Residency: This role is open exclusively to candidates who currently reside in the state of Florida. You must be a Florida resident to be eligible for employment with arenaflex.
- Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of six months to one year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales, or a related field is required. Experience in outbound calling is a strong plus.

This is a remote, hardware-dependent role. To ensure you can perform at the highest level, your home office setup must meet the following minimum specifications:

- External Mouse: An external mouse is required. Trackpads are not permitted due to productivity standards.
- Processor: Minimum Intel Core i5 (or equivalent AMD processor) or better.
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB.
- Storage: Minimum 128 GB HDD; SSD with 128 GB or more is strongly recommended for optimal performance.
- Screen Resolution: 1366 x 768 (HD) or higher.

arenaflex offers both part-time and full-time scheduling options to accommodate a variety of lifestyles and availability:
Part-Time Position — 28 Hours Per Week
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday off
Full-Time Position — 40 Hours Per Week
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday off
