Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Guide customers through the selection and purchase of contact lenses, emphasizing value‑added features and personalized recommendations.
  • Proactively communicate with managers and teammates through one‑on‑one meetings, team huddles, and virtual chat rooms to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a high‑energy, solution‑focused attitude while navigating a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in real time, exercising empowered decision‑making to create positive outcomes.
