Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Service Excellence
- Greet customers with a warm, helpful attitude and guide them through the Locker+ process.
- Answer questions about order status, returns, and pickup locations, providing clear and accurate information.
- Resolve customer concerns on the spot, escalating only when necessary to ensure a swift resolution.
- Collect feedback and share insights with the location manager to continuously improve the customer experience.
Package Handling & Order Fulfillment
- Receive, pick, and stow customer orders using handheld devices and scanners.
- Process returns efficiently, ensuring items are logged, inspected, and restocked according to arenaflex standards.
- Prepare outbound packages for delivery, verifying labels, weight, and destination accuracy.
- Unload truck deliveries, organize incoming inventory, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Operational Duties & Site Management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace throughout each shift.
- Open and close Locker+ locations, following detailed checklists to secure the site.
- Utilize carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items safely.
- Navigate stairs and multi‑level sites when required, adhering to safety protocols.
Technology Utilization
- Operate smartphones, handheld scanners, and arenaflex’s proprietary software to track packages.
- Report technical issues promptly to the support team to minimize downtime.
- Stay up‑to‑date with new tools and features that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Essential Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate effectively in English.
